How to Use It:
1. Start Your Task
Type in any marketing or communication task you want to finish. You can use this tool for writing or planning. Examples include:
- Newsletters and emails
- Social media posts
- Press conference plans
- Marketing strategies
- and more!
2. Teach the Tool Your Voice
You can train the tool to write just like your organization. To do this:
- Click the paperclip icon to upload your past work (like old newsletters, press releases, or social media calendars).
- Type “Add to knowledge” in the chat bar and hit send.
- Wait for the confirmation message. Now, the tool knows your unique voice and best practices!
3. Review and Polish
Always read through the draft the tool creates. You can ask it to change the phrasing, update the data, or adjust the tone until it is exactly right.
4. Manage Your Chats
- To see past chats: Click the “<” symbol at the bottom. Select any chat to keep the conversation going.
- To start a new chat: Scroll to the top and click the “<” symbol. Then, click the “+” button to open a fresh window.
5. Save Your Work
To save what the tool wrote to your computer, simply highlight the text you want. Copy and paste it into your favorite document editor (like Word or Google Docs), give it a title, and save!
